Do you think job boards are too expensive to post job ads? Or do you think they have too many ads to distract you when you apply jobs?

Any job board is almost likely to charge a service because they provide a service. They commonly collect a potential employee's information and put that information in a database to better serve employers when selecting a applicant to fill a job vacancy.
Best advise is to use a gov. employment agency because businesses trust their screenings of people looking for employment.
